<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake device for effectively reducing inconveniences, such as brake squeal, by correcting nonuniformity, or the like in a bearing pressure distribution between a lining and the inner periphery surface of a brake drum in braking. <P>SOLUTION: The drum brake device 10 comprises a brake shoe 16A in which an arc-like lining 15 corresponding to the inner periphery surface of the brake drum 12 is provided on the outer periphery surface; and press sections 18, 20, 22 for pressing the lining 14 to the inner periphery surface of the brake drum 12 via the brake shoe 16A. A plurality of press sections 18, 20, 22 for pressing the lining 14 to the inner periphery surface of the brake drum 12 via the same brake shoe 12 are provided in the peripheral direction of the brake drum 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
