<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the management of outputs of accumulated image data to be performed independently at a sender's side, (such as the restriction and prevention of the utilization of image data, the prevention of leakage of image data, etc.). <P>SOLUTION: At inputting images by reading an original etc. to accumulate them in an HDD, whether they need the management is recognized to send the accumulated images to the outside according to the result.
