<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-on resetting circuit for detecting a sequence of power on and outputting a resetting signal to an output terminal stably, and a power-on resetting method. <P>SOLUTION: The power-on resetting circuit comprises a first MIS transistor P01 of a first conductive type channel that is connected electrically between a high-order logic power source 10 and an output terminal 11 and has a first control electrode 13 to be connected to a high-order power source 14 of which voltage increases more slowly than that of the high-order logic power source 10 by power-on. The power-on resetting circuit also comprises a second MIS transistor N01 of a second conductive type channel that is connected electrically between the output terminal 11 and a low-order logic power source 15 and has a second control electrode 16 to be connected to the high-order power source 14. The first MIS transistor P01 is transited to a conductive state in response to the voltage increase of the high-order logic power source 10, and the resetting signal is supplied from the high-order logic power source 10 to the output terminal 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
