<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain new pickles using plum vinegar which is disposed of in many cases and on the other hand using a vegetable raw material which is not conventionally used for plum vinegar pickles. <P>SOLUTION: The tomato pickles with unique palate feeling and taste are obtained by pickling unripe green tomatoes in plum vinegar so as to soak salt and vinegar of plum vinegar into green tomatoes after a few days. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
