PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial mold-preventive composition excellent in both of antibacterial properties and mold-preventive properties, especially, excellent in a mold-preventive performance against fungi. SOLUTION: This antibacterial mold-preventive composition comprises a mold-preventive layered silicate in which a mold-preventive organic compound is carried between layers of a layered silicate and an inorganic antibacterial agent, wherein the mold-preventive organic compound is expressed by general formula (1).
