PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate suitably used in a medical or industrial pressure-sensitive adhesive film, a decorative film such as a sticker, a marking film or the like stuck on a signboard or various parts, an interior or exterior finish material of a building such as a dwelling or the like or a decorative sheet used in a surface decorative material of articles of furniture or household electric products and capable of being easily and strongly bonded to an adherend by thermal bonding. SOLUTION: The laminate has at least a polyolefin resin layer A, a resin layer B containing an adhesive polyolefin resin and a polyurethane resin layer C based on a polycarbonate polyurethane resin in this order.
