<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant control system having a function (1) for preparing and executing an integrated control program for diagnosing an interlock condition, a function (2) for displaying a ladder circuit constituted only of a plurality of factor signals when plant equipment can not be started, and a function (3) for displaying a ladder circuit constituted only of a plurality of factor signals and their trigger signals when the plant equipment is abnormally stopped. <P>SOLUTION: The plant control system is provided with: a program edition means 10 for preparing a control program including an interlock condition and interlock diagnosis; and an interlock diagnosis means 20 having a plant control means CONT for executing a program object in the control program, a logical operation part and a display part and capable of updating and displaying the satisfaction of the interlock condition at prescribed time before current time or the latest unsatisfaction time in the past, specifying only a unsatisfaction source factor variable even when a plurality of interlock circuit stages are formed and automatically displaying the specified variable by a diagram language. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
