PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of easily mounting electric auxiliaries to an engine to prevent the generation of noise. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, a plurality of vibration-insulating bushes 32 in which a cylindrical female screw member 40 provided with female screw parts 50 on the inner peripheral surface is inserted and fixed in an inner cylinder metal fixture 34 are respectively held fixedly on a bracket 14 fixed to the engine 10 in an outer cylinder metal fixture 36, and on the other hand, a plurality of bolts 20 inserted in the electric auxiliaries 12 are respectively screwed with the female screw parts 50 of the cylindrical female screw members fixed in the inner cylinder metal fixtures of the respective vibration-insulating bushes 32, thereby fixing the electric auxiliaries 12 to the bracket 14 through the plurality of vibration-insulating bushes 32 with the plurality of bolts 20.
