PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV device with high performance and reliability by preventing an oil component from forming sludge. SOLUTION: This blow-by gas reducing device is provided with an oil separator separating and removing an oil component included in blow-by gas. The oil separator is provided inside a cylinder head cover 30 positioned in the upper part of a cylinder head 23a of an engine, and provided with a partition wall 33 partitioning inside of the cylinder head cover 30 into an upper space and a lower space. A lower part flow passage on which blow-by gas flows is provided in the lower space, and an upper part flow passage which is communicated with the lower part flow passage and on which blow-by gas flows is provided in the upper space. The lower part flow passage has an introducing part 34 into which blow-by gas is introduced in an approximately central part of the lower space and is provided so as to spirally extend around the introducing part 34.
