The invention relates to polymerisable phosphonic aminoalkylene compounds and copolymers obtained by polymerisation of at least one of said compounds with at least one ethylenically-unsaturated comonomer. The invention also relates to the use of the copolymers thus obtained as anti-corrosive agents, agents that promote adhesion to metallic supports or fire-retardant agents in numerous fields of application, such as the fields metals and plastics.
