An informer (10) comprises behavior detecting means (4) for detecting the behavior of a vehicle, video display means (8) for displaying a video, imaging means (3) for acquiring a video showing the front of the vehicle in the direction of traveling, and controlling means (6) for controlling the display form of when the acquired video is displayed on the video display means (8) according to the detected behavior. While a television picture is displayed, the video imaged by the imaging means (3) is displayed on the whole screen of the video display means (8) in an interrupt way, or on a part of the screen of the video display means (8) as a child screen. The thus constructed informer (10) enables improvement of the quality of ride of the vehicle for the occupant even if the occupant is viewing the television picture.
