<p>An anisotropic magnetic field distribution increasing as the radius of magnetic field intensity increases is formed and an acceleration high-frequency voltage distribution is formed while fixing the frequency. Furthermore, the magnetic field distribution and the acceleration high-frequency voltage distribution are formed in such a manner that a harmonic number, i.e. the ratio of the rotational period of a charged particle with respect to the acceleration high-frequency period, decreases in units of an integer each time when the charged particle makes one revolution.</p> |
