<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility information providing system offering information necessary for a visitor of the facility by voice. <P>SOLUTION: In a center station 1 on the facility side and respective venues A-N, input of information can be carried out. An interactive communication network between the center station and the respective venues and that between the respective venues are constructed by a wireless LAN or the Internet. The information inputted in the center station or the respective venues is received by a transmission/receipt system 7 in each venue via the wireless LAN or the Internet, and the received information is transmitted by multicasting from the transmission/receipt system 7 to a portable receipt system 8 carried by a visitor.
