PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation function-equipped air conditioner allowing free selection of an all-out 24-hour full-time ventilation system obliged by the Building Standard Act, and allowing acquisition of a living room space wherein a ventilating air supply port cannot be viewed in design even when selecting the air conditioner after installing a ventilation device. SOLUTION: This ventilation function-equipped air conditioner has: an indoor unit installed inside a living room, having at least a suction port in an upper part; an outdoor unit provided in external environment; a refrigerant pipe connecting the indoor unit and the outdoor unit; a refrigerant pipe penetration hole formed in a wall face separating the living room and the external environment, and penetrated by the refrigerant pipe; an air supply part introducing outside air from the external environment, and supplying the outside air above the upper part suction port of the indoor unit; and an air supply part penetration hole formed in the wall face separating the living room and the external environment, and penetrated by the air supply part.
