<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller capable of extending the life of a coating solution by prescribing the SP values of respective materials of a resin layer, the coating solution and a masking member and not having irregularity of physical properties such as resistance irregularity or the like, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the conductive roller wherein at least one elastic layer is formed on the outer periphery of a metal shaft body and a resin layer is provided on the outer periphery of the elastic layer by coating the elastic layer with the coating solution, the relation between the SP value (SP1) of the resin material contained in the resin layer and the SP value (SP2) of the coating solution becomes ¾SP1-SP2¾<2.5 (formula 1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
