<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to judge precisely a state of a fuel cell by suppressing effect of load variations of the fuel cell to the minimum. <P>SOLUTION: This is provided with the fuel cell 12, a cell voltage measuring means 12b to detect a cell voltage of a plurality of cells constituting the fuel cell 12, a deviation calculating means 14b to calculate deviations of the cell maximum voltage value (max) and the cell minimum voltage value (min) which become indices of a distribution state of the cell voltage, and a cell state judging means 14c to judge a state of the fuel cell 12 based on the cell maximum voltage value (max) and the deviation which are varied according to loads of the fuel cell 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
