PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing a receiver circuit from malfunctioning in response to the operation of a transmitting circuit provided in a simultaneous bilateral circuit for transmitting and receiving signals over one transmission line. SOLUTION: The simultaneous bilateral circuit for making communication is composed of a transmitting circuit for outputting transmission signals to a transmission line via an input/output end; a receiving circuit connected to the input/output end for receiving reception signals via the input/output end; a specified signal voltage generator circuit connected between the output end of the transmitting circuit and the input end of the receiving circuit, for generating a specified signal voltage corresponding to the voltage change having influence on the operation of the receiving circuit in response to the output of the transmitting circuit; and a reference voltage generator circuit connected to the input end of the transmitting circuit for feeding the specified signal voltage generator circuit with a reference voltage signal. The specified signal voltage generator circuit generates the specified signal voltage based on the comparison of the reference voltage with the voltage change, and feeds the input of the receiving circuit with the specified signal voltage.
