PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display-adjusting device capable of improving presence, and to provide a display device. SOLUTION: This device comprises arranging a curving means 532 for biasing both the end edges of right and left directions of a display panel 300 forward on a rear face side of the display panel 300 formed, into a state in which it is easy to curve according to a peripheral edge, measuring the separation distance D between a display face and a reference point G being a visual reference of a user X with a distance sensor 531, properly operating the curving means 532, on the basis of size of the display face of the predetermined set display panel 300 and the separation distance D, in the left-right directions that become the display panel 300 of the outside of the stereoscopic recognition range at the reference point G, with the center angle respectively bent in an energized state which is inversely proportional to the length of separation distance D on the reference G side, at 60 degrees for the regions outside the range. Thus, an image out of the range of a stereoscopic field is easy to focus, and is seen clearly, and so can improve the presence. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
