PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn processing method to produce a fancy yarn from one or more filament yarns and provide a false-twisting spindle and a yarn treating apparatus for the processing method. SOLUTION: The processing method has a treating step to supply a filament yarn to a false-twist textured processing unit and a treating step to twist the filament yarn at a specific twist density by transmitting an axial torque to the filament yarn with a false-twisting spindle of a textured processing unit.
