<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery support system safely and quickly delivering luggage in a streamlined manner by precisely assessing the situations of vehicles, and also to provide its method, a center device, terminals, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 registers information about delivery requests into the center device 20 via a network 100. According to position information sent via a GPS wave 110 and/or the network 100, the center device 20 specifies the position of a vehicle equipped with a vehicle terminal 30 and manages information about the working conditions of the vehicle.
