<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of bookmark information meeting the tastes of the user according to the current location or time of the user. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor is provided with a book mark input device 110 for inputting bookmark information including at least location relevant information, a location information acquiring device 130 for acquiring the current location information, an action pattern analyzing part 170 for accumulating the history of the current location information, and for analyzing an action pattern, and a notifying part 190 for notifying a user of the bookmark information related with a predetermined area in a predetermined timing according to the analyzed action pattern.
