<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bin foldable in no use by forming a deformable shell part with a coil spring mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The foldable trash bin 1 comprises a bottom face part 2, the shell part 3 formed of a cylindrical deformable sheet material and provided along the periphery of the bottom face part 2, an opening part 4 provided on the side of the shell part 3 opposite to the side of the bottom face part 2, and the coil spring 5 spirally mounted along the periphery of the shell part 3 and having elastic force working to separate the bottom face part 2 from the opening part 4. In no use, the downward compression of the foldable refuse bin 1 puts the shell part 3 into the shrunk condition to allow easy folding operation.
