PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ejection on/off of ink liquid droplets by a low driving voltage, to make a difference of ejection performance of ink liquid droplets large between the ejection on time and the ejection off time, and moreover, to suitably prevent also electrical discharge or the like between electrodes. SOLUTION: An inkjet head with ejection electrodes is used. The ejection electrode has at least a part exposed at an ink passage formed by a gap between an ejection opening substrate and a head substrate, and ejection openings. The ejection electrodes are formed at the ejection opening substrate correspondingly to the ejection openings so as to act a static electricity to ink to make the ink ejected from the ejection openings.
