PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in productivity and blocking resistance while holding the excellent transparency, tensile characteristics and impact resistance of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. SOLUTION: The laminate has a layered constitution of at least three layers having a laminated structure wherein layers (B) and (C) constituted of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or an ionomer thereof are formed on both sides of a layer (A) constituted of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and can be easily manufactured by multilayered inflation or cast molding.
