PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an attachment structure wherein, when a device for oscillatory excitation is combined with a circuit board, the heightwise dimension of the device, including the circuit board, can be adjusted without reducing the size or the diameter of the device. SOLUTION: A holder is formed into such a shape that at least part of the circumference of a device for oscillatory excitation is held or encapsulated. The holder is so formed that its inner circumferential surface substantially matches the outside shape of the device for oscillatory excitation. A groove-shaped rail portion is partially formed at both the ends of the outer circumferential surface of the holder in the direction of the same straight line. The holder for attachment is so constructed that the notched side end portion of a circuit board or part of the enclosure of the equipment is inserted into the groove-shaped rail portion, and the device for oscillatory excitation is held and fixed at an arbitrary height from the face of the circuit board in the equipment.
