PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary inductor device capable of increasing an electric device capacitance by improving a cooling efficiency on the surface of a tank to lower a temperature rise on the surface of the tank, or contracting an installation area by miniaturizing a transformer and not permitting an inspector, a worker or the like to touch directly the surface of the tank. SOLUTION: A vessel with an insulating medium received therein is fixed to the tank for receiving an electric device body consisting of a coil wound around a core together with the insulating medium, and a space is formed between the vessel and the tank.
