PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise absorber using low flexibility resin, in which the slippage of a case is suppressed. SOLUTION: A hinge part 30 is formed to have a substantially semicircular cross section and connected smoothly with a first circumferential portion and a second circumferential portion, without forming a stress concentration part at the joint. A pair of latches 13 are projecting from the second edge, i.e. the other circumferential end of the first circumferential portion, toward a direction substantially tangential to the circumferential direction of the first circumferential portion. Forward end 13A of the latch 13 is formed thicker, gradually going toward the first case member side from the forward end and when the case is closed, a claw portion engaging with a pair of latch through holes 21a formed in the vicinity of the fourth edge, i.e. the other circumferential end of the second circumferential portion, is formed. At positions adjacent to the pair of latch through holes 21a, anti-slippage pieces 23 are made to project toward the direction substantially tangential to the circumferential direction of the second circumferential portion.
