PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element using a wet process easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The light emitting device comprises a transistor and a light emitting element. The light emitting element has an organic layer, a luminous layer, and a second electrode formed in order on the first electrode, and the transistor and the light emitting element are electrically connected through a wiring. The wiring includes aluminum, carbon, and titanium. Then, the organic layer is a layer formed using a wet process.
