PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply operation device capable of reducing a work burden to a worker by preventing useless consumption of supply air. SOLUTION: This air supply operation device 1 has an air micro measuring apparatus 7 operated by the supply air A1, a main valve 2 for supplying the supply air 1 and cutting off supply to the air micro measuring apparatus 7, an opening operation valve 3 constituted to open the main valve 2, and a timer operation means 4 constituted to close the main valve 2 after a predetermined time passes after opening the main valve 2. The timer operation means 4 is constituted to close the main valve 2 by supplying control air A2 to the main valve 2, when pressure in a tank 43 becomes predetermined preset pressure or more, by gradually storing a part of the supply air A1 flowing to the air micro measuring apparatus 7 from the main valve 2 in the tank 43, after opening the main valve 2.
