PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric ratio control type turbine plant supplying warm water and steam in accordance with output requirements and increasing gas turbine shaft output. SOLUTION: In this turbine plant, a water injection part 15 is provided on a compressed air supply path 14 between an air compressor 1 and a regenerator 4, and a first water amount regulating valve 24a for regulating water injection amount by adjustment of a valve opening is provided in a water feeding system 16 for feeding water to the water injection part 15. A heat exchanger 21 generating steam and warm water by using gas turbine exhaust heat exhausted from the regenerator 4 is provided, and a second water amount regulating valve 24b is provided in a water feeding system for supplying water to the heat exchanger 21.
