PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure for a fuel injection valve assembling the fuel injection valve on a cylinder head under a stable condition at relatively low cost. SOLUTION: A step part 24 of an end part of a fuel injection valve 2 is constructed in a spherical surface shape having a center on an axis of the fuel injection valve 2. An inner circumference surface of an alignment ring 12 arranged with keeping a clearance with an inner circumference surface on an insertion side of the fuel injection valve 2 of a attachment hole 4 is constructed on a step part 28 of the attachment hole 4 of the cylinder head 3 to support a spherical surface 11 of the step part 24 of the fuel injection valve 2 in a conical surface shape having large inner diameter on receiving side of the spherical surface 11. The fuel injection valve 2 is assembled with supported on the cylinder head 3 by contact of the spherical surface 11 of the step part 24 of the fuel injection valve 2 and the conical surface of the inner circumference of the alignment ring 12.
