<p>The present invention relates to data transmission cable wherein the primary insulation for the electrical conductor comprises partially-crystalline copolymer comprising tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, said copolymer being substantially free of alkali metal salt, having a melt flow rate of within the range of 30±3 g/10 min, and having no more than 50 unstable endgroups/10<SUP>6</SUP> carbon atoms, said copolymer exhibiting a dissipation factor at 10 GHz of no greater than 0.00025.</p>
