In a mineral mortar containing (wt.%) 30-70% binder (I), 0.2-2% setting regulator (II) and blowing agent (III), the amount of (III) is adjusted so that, after adding water and mixing, the volume of the mixed mortar increases by not less than 50% within a ripening time. An independent claim is also included for a process for preparing the mixed mortar.
