<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric coating medicinal composition including 2',3'-dideoxyinosine, an acid-sensitive HIV therapeutic agent. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, (a) the therapeutic medicine, a granulating solvent, arbitrarily a disintegrator and arbitrarily a binder are mixed to form moist lumps, (b) the moist lumps are extruded to form extruded products, (c) the extruded products are spheroidized to form fine beads, (d) to the spaces between beads, are a medicines-including dry powder having the same proportions as in the moist lumps and these fine beads are subjected to the dusting to prepare lump-free fine beads, (e) the lump-free fine beads are dried to prepare dried fine beads, (f) the enteric coating layer is formed on the dried fine beads whereby the medicinal composition of fine beads coated with the enteric coating and finally, (g) the coated fine beads are mixed with a surface tack eliminator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
