PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pan capable of reducing the cooking time, minimizing the heat loss, and preventing generation of soot at the time of cooking. SOLUTION: The double-sided pan 1 consists of handles 15 and 25, and a lower pan 10 and an upper pan 20 connected openably/closably. The double-sided pan also has flame introducing chambers 16 and 26 partitioned from baking tray parts 11 and 21 formed at the center of the upper and lower pans respectively. One of the flame introducing chambers has a flame introducing port for introducing flames from outside, and the other flame introducing chamber has a through hole 17 communicating with the baking tray part.
