PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the connection work of wiring between a control device arranged in an opening and closing member and electrical parts arranged in an outer frame. SOLUTION: An inner frame 16 is openably pivoted to the outer frame 11 through hinge mechanisms 17 and 18. First wiring 26 led out from a luminous sound control device 25 arranged in the inner frame 16 is guided to the arrangement side of the hinge mechanisms 17 and 18 and droops in a state of held in a wire holding portion 56. Second wiring 28 led out from a speaker 27 arranged in a modesty panel 13b of the outer frame 11 is led to the arrangement side of the hinge mechanisms 17 and 18. A relay board base 36 in which a relay board 35 having first and second connections 54 and 55 is arranged is attached to the outer frame 11 fronting below the wire holding portion 56. The first wiring 26 is connected to the first connection 54 and the second wiring 28 is connected to the second connection 55 to electrically connect the luminous sound control device 25 and the speaker 27.
