PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for packaging in which a fixed condition of a flap on the top surface of a box body can be surely kept, and the box body can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: The box for packaging has side panels 1 and 1 constituting a pair of facing side faces of a box body, and end panels 2 and 2 constituting a pair of facing end faces of the box body. Side upper flaps 4 and 4 extended from the side panels 1 and 1, and end upper flaps 5 and 5 extended from the end panels 2 and 2 are folded to the upper face sides of the box body to close the parts around the upper faces of the box body, and the central part of the upper face of the box body between these side upper flaps 4 and 4 and the end panels 2 and 2 are partly opened. Tabs 8 and 8 extended from both ends of the side upper flaps 4 and 4 are inserted into notches 9 and 9 provided on both sides of the end upper flaps 5 and 5, and both ends of the side upper flaps 4 and 4 are fixed on both sides of the end upper flaps 5 and 5. Pressing tabs 11 and 11 provided by cutting out the notches 9 and 9 of the end upper flaps 5 and 5 press the tabs 8 and 8 of the side upper flaps 4 and 4 on the inside of the box body.
