PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing container which is unsealed easily and clearly and does not allow a careless content leakage even if an impact load resulting from dropping of the container or the like is received. SOLUTION: A self-supporting bag comprises a synthetic resin bag body (1) which has a trunk (1a) and a bottom (1b) connected to each other integrally and can be reduced in volume. The self-supporting bag is also equipped with a spout forming part (2), whose front end area is unsealed through an easy breakage preparation part (L) formed on the bag body (1). An impact protecting part (3) is formed to extend around the easy breakage preparation part (L), where the protection part (3) is integrally provided with the bag body (1).
