PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a heat exchanger when a bumper reinforcement retracts due to collision. SOLUTION: A clearance X in the forward and backward directions of a vehicle between a rear end face 421 of a bumper stay 42 and lower end sides of the heat exchangers 20, 21 is set to be smaller than a clearance Y in the forward and backward directions of the vehicle between the bumper reinforcement 40 and the heat exchangers 20, 21. When external force exceeding predetermined force acts toward a vehicle rear side for the heat exchangers 20, 21, a fixing condition of lower end sides of the heat exchangers 20, 21 is released. When the bumper reinforcement 40 retracts due to light collision, force for pushing the lower end sides of the heat exchangers toward the vehicle rear side through the bumper stay 42 acts to release a fixing condition of the lower end sides of the heat exchangers and move the lower end sides of the heat exchangers to the vehicle rear side. Consequently, since the clearance between the bumper reinforcement 40 and the heat exchangers 20, 21 is ensured, interference with the heat exchangers 20, 21 is prevented even when the bumper reinforcement 40 retracts.
