PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rising of the cool air temperature caused by heat release of a heating heat exchanger of rotation type without shutting off a flow of warm water at the maximum cooling. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 15 for heating is constituted rotatable around a central axis A of a coaxial double-wall piping structure 16 for flowing a heat source fluid in/out from the heat exchanger 15 for heating. A by-pass passage mechanism 30 for directly communicating an entrance part 25 of the coaxial double-wall piping structure 16 and an exit part 22 when the heat exchanger 15 for heating is rotated/operated to the maximum cooling position is provided. When the heat exchanger 15 is rotated/operated from the maximum cooling position to the maximum heating position side, the by-pass passage 30 changes in a passage-shutting off direction.
