PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head capable of preventing the occurrence of discharge defects, and also, capable of preventing a substrate for flow passage formation from being destroyed, its manufacturing method, and a liquid injection device. SOLUTION: The liquid injection head has a groove part 16 which is continuously provided to at least a part of the surroundings of a row 13 of a pressure generation chamber 12 on the face at the nozzle plate 20 side of the substrate 10 for flow passage formation and into which an adhesive agent 25 for bonding the substrate 10 for flow passage formation and the nozzle plate 20 intrudes.
