PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch installation/removal filter assembly and an adapter. SOLUTION: This one-touch installation/removal adapter 100 includes an adapter body 10 having an inflow port 10in and a raw water inflow hole 10c, and a cleaned water outflow hole 10d and a cleaned water outflow port 10out formed in both sides of the upper part and a center through hole in communication with the inflow port and the outflow port, a check valve 20 disposed within the center through hole for regulating the inflow or stop of water from the inflow port, an upper cover 10a for closing the upper opening of the central through hole, a lower cover 10b disposed on the lower part of the adaptor body so as to communicate with the center through hole, slide plates 50, which are disposed on the lower cover 10b and are movable oppositely to each other, and can separably fasten the filter assembly, and a separation button means 40 for releasing the fastened state between the slide plates and the filter assembly for separation.
