<p>The invention relates to equipment for producing building materials, in particular to producing multilayer building blocks. The aim of said invention is to improve the structural design of a processing line. The inventive processing line comprises sand (12) and cement (13) hoppers, water (11) and surface-active agent (15) tanks provided with dosers, a mixer (18), a mixture producing station, a roller branches provided with a vibrating table (24) on which a loading bin area, a heating chamber, block moulds, a pressing mechanism, mould transporting mechanisms, an area for removing the moulds and extracting blocks and an area for producing mortar are mounted in a processing sequence. Said mortar producing station is embodied such that it is autonomous, the mixer is provided with a rotatable discharge chute (19) interacting with the loading bin station (21, 22) by means of suspended movable and tiltable buckets (20). Said processing line is embodied in the form of an encompassable (2) and an encompassing (1) U-shaped roller circuits whose free ends are connected by means of a single transversal section (9) and which are placed of a structural frame (10). The loading area of the roller circuit is embodied in the form of a vibrating table and is fixed to a separate frame, the mould is embodied in a multi-cell form in such a way that each cell thereof is provided with the embedded bottom and an intercell space. The mould is fixed to a platform which is displaceable along the vibrating table by means of a step mechanism. The loading bins are successively placed above the vibrating table at a distance from each other equal to or greater than the platform width and each bin is provided with two discharge windows.</p> |
