<p>Device for locking a door, especially a door moving in a vertical direction such as a sectional door, comprises guide elements (1, 12) arranged on a support plate (5) and a locking element (3) mounted in the guide elements. The support plate is arranged in the lower segment of the door in the region of its main closing edge. The lower end of the locking element protrudes over the main closing edge and when the door is closed it engages in an opening provided in an opposite closing edge. Preferred Features: The locking element is a bolt that is mounted in the guide elements in a displaceable and spring-loaded manner. At least two devices are arranged in the region of the main closing edge.</p> |
