Communication system for mobile and static devices

The system has a transmitter/receiver unit (22) provided for mobile and stationary devices, and having a defined transmission/reception range. The unit is formed such that a partial overlap of the transmission/reception ranges of the mobile and stationary devices results in accidental communication between the mobile and stationary devices, where the accidental communication changes to a targeted communication. An independent claim is also included for a communication method for mobile and stationary devices.
