PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion volume controller of a hot air heater which can be transferred to quiet sound mode arbitrarily and control the amount of gas sophisticatedly from strong combustion to weak combustion during the transfer time of quiet sound mode. SOLUTION: This hot air heater is provided with a control means 44 which controls the amount of combustion of a burner from a maximum combustion volume to a minimum combustion volume in proportion with the deviation between a setting temperature and a detection temperature. In this case, the heater is also provided with a quiet sound switch 24 which indicates and cancels quiet sound operation mode. The control means 44 minimizes the range which changes the amount of combustion when the quiet sound operation mode is indicated with this quiet sound switch 24. |
