Refrigerator including a vacuum pump

The cooling system may be used for preservation of vegetables and other food products. It has a refrigerated housing (1-5) containing refrigerated compartments (2,3). A vacuum pump is mounted in a small compartment in the base of the cooling system and is connected to several coupling points (6) for a vacuum hose (13). The vacuum hose may be connected to one of several vacuum chambers (14) which may be placed inside one of the compartments.
