<p>The method involves using memory arrangements (HLR) for storing subscriber data of mobile subscribers, and a billing arrangement (BC) for recording call-related data records and for determining a respective call pricing. Exchange arrangements are used for switching signalling and usage data connections, whereby at least one of the arrangements branches the call to a service control point (SCP) for the control of intelligent networks. By use of the service control point one or several zones (HOZ0, CIZ0, OFZ0) are defined for each individual mobile subscriber, through grouping of radio cells (e.G. C1. C6) and/or of areas (e.G. LA1. LA4) of residency. The zones are associated respectively with a geographical position of the mobile subscriber and tariffs are assigned to the zones. The billing arrangement is informed about the zones and zone pricing for the mobile subscriber, which are used for the corresponding call pricing at a stay of the mobile subscriber in one of the zones.</p> |
