PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for a laser thermal welding treatment with respect to thoracic aortic dissection. SOLUTION: The implement is provided with a catheter for laser adhesion for thoracic aortic dissection and also includes a laser transmitting means for at least transmitting laser onto the surface of the thoracic aortic dissection, a balloon for excluding a thoracic aortic dissection part, and a blood reflow means for securing an aortic blood stream. The thoracic aortic dissection part colored with a laser energy absorptive pigment is excluded through the use of the balloon while the blood reflow means secures a blood stream in a true lumen, and then the dissection surface is irradiated with laser in the implement with the catheter for laser welding. |
