<p>The system has a short-circuit manager with control units (28-31) that permit an inverting unit (27) to take a position where unit`s output terminal (34) is connected to an input terminal (32) that is connected to a conductor pair of a telephone line. The units permit the unit (27) to take another position in which a terminal with connection points is connected to an auxiliary current source in case of short-circuit between the points. The control units (28-31) are constituted by an under-voltage detecting unit (28), a current consumption detecting unit (29), a logical unit (30), and a control unit (31).</p> |
